Fees and Services
Individual Therapy
My private rate is $165 per session for 50-55 minutes. All clients have a right to a Good Faith Estimate. Please inquire if you would like one.
Telehealth
I provide telehealth sessions via HIPAA-compliant portal through SimplePractice and Zoom Workplace.
In-Person
I am currently seeing clients in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 4 pm at my Mission Valley office.
Payment Options
I accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Health Savings Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
Insurance Accepted
I am currently in-network with Aetna, Carelon, Optum, and United Healthcare, and I use Alma to manage insurance verification and billing. I can also provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance to get reimbursed for out-of-network services. I suggest reaching out to your insurance company first to ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. Be sure to inquire about your deductible and their reimbursement percentages as well!
Cancellation Policy
I kindly request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. If notice is not provided, a cancellation fee will apply, which will either be the amount I would have received for private pay clients or a fee of $145 for clients using insurance.
As a reminder, health insurance providers do not pay for missed or late appointments. To account for any unexpected life circumstances such as illness, medical emergency, work commitments, change of schedule, forgetting an appointment, issues with personal relationships or pets, etc., I provide a ONE-time free late cancellation or no-show fee per client.
